Gin & Tonic

  1. Lavishly fill your glass with ice
  2. Measure 50 mL of the gin of your choice and pour it into your glass
  3. Choose a tonic of your liking
  4. Pour the tonic slowly over the twisted handle of the bar spoon
  5. Garnish to the flavors of the gin accordingly
  6. Finish before the ice melts 😉

Mojito

  1. Cut 1 half a lime in 4 equal parts and piut them into your glass
  2. Add 3 heaping spoons of cane sugar
  3. Muddle the limes in the sugar to release the juice
  4. Add a little bit of soda water to dissolve the sugar
  5. Stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved
  6. Bruise the mint leaves by clapping them between your palms, rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in
  7. Lavishly fill the glass with crushed ice
  8. Measure 50 mL of white rum and add it to the glass
  9. To up with soda water
  10. Stir up multiple times and garnish with a spring of mint
  11. Sip it on sensual rumba rhythms from faraway Cuba 😉

Mai Tai

  1. Measure 30mL of Dark Rum and pour it into the shaker
  2. Add 30mL of Spiced Rum to the shaker
  3. Squeeze 1 half a lime
  4. Add 20mL of orange juice
  5. Add 30mL of pineapple juice
  6. Add 10mL of orgeat syrup
  7. Add 10mL of cane sugar syrup
  8. Add 1/2 bar spoon of Angostura bitters
  9. Put a handful of ice cubes into the cocktail shaker
  10. Shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled and frosty on the outside
  11. Strain into a double Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice
  12. Garnish with pineapple, a Maraschino cherry and a fresh mint sprig
  13. Enjoy this Tiki awesomeness 😉

Whiskey Sour

  1. Measure 40 mL of whiskey and pour it into the cocktail shaker
  2. Squeeze 1 half a lemon into the shaker
  3. Add 20 mL of cane sugar syrup
  4. Add a handful of ice cubes
  5. Shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled and frosty on the outside
  6. Strain into a tumbler glass
  7. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a Maraschino cherry
  8. Enjoy the simple side of life 😉

Old Fashioned

  1. Use a peeler to cut a long slice of lemon zest and put it in the tumbler glass
  2. Cut a long slice of orange zest and put it in the tumbler
  3. Add 1 cube of cane sugar in the tumbler
  4. Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters on the cane sugar
  5. (1 dash = 7 drops)
  6. Crush the cane sugar with the flat top of the bar spoon and muddle it with citrus peels
  7. Add a little bit of soda water and stir to dissolve the sugar
  8. Measure 50 mL of whiskey and add it to the tumbler
  9. Add several ice cubes
  10. Stir the ice with bar spoon to create melt water
  11. Measure 10 mL of cane sugar syrup and add it to the glass
  12. (This is optional, but makes the drink more accessible)
  13. Add a splash of soda and stir.
  14. (Don’t overdo or you will get a diluted drink)
  15. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and enjoy 😉

Zombie

  1. Measure 40 mL of dark rum and pour it into the shaker
  2. Add 40 mL of white rum to the shaker
  3. Add 40 mL of triple sec to the shaker
  4. Squezze 1 half a lemon into the shaker
  5. Squeeze 1 half a lime
  6. Add 60 mL orange juice
  7. Add 60 mL of passion fruit syrup
  8. Add 10 mL of grenadine syrup
  9. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  10. (1 dash = 7 drops)
  11. Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker
  12. Shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled and frosty on the outside
  13. Strain into a large cocktail glass
  14. Garnish with pineapple and a Maraschino cherry
  15. Enjoy this creature of the undead 😉

Spritz

  1. Put half a slice of orange into a large wine glass and muddle it a bit with a bar spoon to release juice
  2. Fill the glass lavishly with ice
  3. Add 60 mL of prosecco to the glass
  4. Add 40 mL of Aperol
  5. Add 20 mL of Soda Water
  6. Stir, add a straw and enjo

Belgroni

  1. Put half a slice of orange into a ltumbler glass and muddle it a bit with a bar spoon to release juice
  2. Add several ice cubes to the glass
  3. Measure 30 mL of Biercee Gin and add it to the tumbler glass
  4. Add 30 mL of Biercee Bitter
  5. Add 30 mL of Biercee Red Vermouth
  6. (Red Vemouth should be stored in teh fridge after opening)
  7. Stir with a bar spoon
  8. Enjoy our ‘Belgiumized’ version of this popular Italian apéritif 😉
